First you will need to create a username and password in Register page so you can later login and add templates in the cart. Once you select the template you’d like to purchase, you will be taken to our checkout page. Next you will be redirected to a secure checkout page on PayPal where you can either pay credit card or PayPal funds. Once payment has been processed, you’ll be able to login and download your purchase.

You can download our free templates to test them out, you can search them in Templates page.

We only allows payments from the most popular payment gateway – PayPal. All orders are processed directly on its site using the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer otherwise known as https) so you don’t need to worry about security. We do not store any credit card or payment processing information in our system. PayPal accept credit cards or funds already deposited within your accounts.

Sometimes those emails may end up in a Spam folder. It’s best to check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder to see if you have received confirmation email from us.

When you purchased an template from us, you setup a username and it was emailed to you. If you are unable to remember or find the email containing your username, please go to Contact page, select Billing/ Account Questions as subject and send us your first & last name, any email addresses you may have used to purchase one of our templates, and what message(s) you are prompted with when trying to login. Once we can verify your account, we will resend your login details.

On the account Log In page, there is a “Lost your password” option. Enter your email address and it will be resent to you.

After you have purchased a template, you will be taken to a page which contains download links. Also you will receive an email which contains download links and order receipt.

No. All sales are final since Brand New Resume are software and instantly downloadable digital media. Once you have our templates, there is no way to “return” it.
